This started out as a recipe that I had found on Pinterest, but I didn't like everything about it. So I changed it, and this is what I came up with.
Creamy Beefy Mushroom Soup
This started out as a recipe that I had found on Pinterest, but I didn't like everything about it. So I changed it, and this is what I came up with.

In soup pot, add beef, onion and Italian seasoning. Cook until meat is cooked through. Drain

Add the water, celery, and bouillon to meat mixture in pot. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Stir in cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and half & half. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes

Cook rice per box directions. Add to soup before serving.
