Ingredients

  1. Bagels
  2. 1 sliceBacon
  3. 1egg
  4. Big scoop cottage cheese
  5. Parmesan cheese
  6. Onion Powder
  7. Garlic powder
  8. 1 slicecheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast bagel. Crack 1 egg into small bowl. Add 1 big scoop of cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder. Scramble.

    Pour into large pan, add 1 slice of cheese to middle. Flip. Fold all 4 sides into a pocket.

    Cook 1 slice bacon in pan.

  4. 4

    Add bacon and egg mixture into bagel.
