Veg. Macaroni
Steps

Take water in a pan. Add salt and oil in it. Bring to boil. Add macaroni and boil it properly.

In a Kadai add oil and after heating oil add asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and saute it. After that add chopped tomato and saute it. Then add carrot and capsicum. Mix it all properly and put lid on it. Cover and cook.

After the vegetables are cooked add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and mix. Then add cheesy pasta sauce and little bit of water and mix it properly.

Drain the water from the macaroni and pour macaroni on cooked vegetables. Mix all. Add more cheesy pasta sauce if needed. After mixing all ingredients your veg. macaroni is ready to serve. While serving Garnish it with grated carrot and grated cheese.
