Don't let raw leftover Pastry go too waste . I used coarse Flakey Sea Salt or it might not be Sea Salt - the small round Plastic Tub only does say that it is Flaky Salt , need too brush milk over the raw shaped Pastry and then add a few pinches of Salt over the top

Roll out the small ball of leftover raw Shortcrust Pastry with a Wooden Rolling Pin

Cut the thick flattened raw Pastry into stick shapes on a piece of Baking Parchment Paper and then place all of it onto a Baking Tray. Brush or Finger dab Pasteurized Cow Milk over the top of the raw Pastry Sticks and then add some pinches of salt over the top and then gently press the salt into the raw Pastry Sticks and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes. Once cooled out of the oven - enjoy eating them
