Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1onion
  • 4 tablespoonschopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoonsmaple syrup
  • 2 tablespoonslight soy sauce
  • 1/2deseeded dried chilli chopped
  • salt and pepper freshly ground

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the ribs, salt and pepper to your taste

    Mix very finely chopped onion and rest of the ingredients

    Add to the ribs in the slow cooker, cook on low for 2 hours

    Stir around a bit and cook on high for 2 hours.

    Serve and enjoy with plenty veg or rice...
