Brown Rice with Beans and Spinach

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 180 gbrown rice
  2. 300 gspinach
  3. 200 gwhite beans (100g uncooked)
  4. 1small piece ginger 🫚
  5. 1.5avocado 🥑
  6. 3tomatoes 🍅
  7. 3-4 tbsptamari sauce
  8. 1 tbspolive oil
  9. 1 pinchGround chilli pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the rice.

    Cook the beans.

  3. 3

    To the pan on medium heat add some water and olive oil. Add spinach, diced tomatoes and cooked beans. Add chopped ginger 🫚. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes. Spice with pepper.

    Mix in the plate rice, chopped 1/2 avocado 🥑 and prepared mix. Add tamari sauce. Nice detox dish is ready.
