Wash dry Zobo with enough water..

Put the Zobo in a clean pot. add water to it..

Put your ginger and pineapple in the pot... heat on fire..

Allow zobo to cook for 5min..

Use a clean filter to take off the zobo leaf..

Pour the zobo juice in a clean bowel.. add your flavour and stir..

Your zobo is ready... its best taken / enjoyed when cool or chilled
