First wash the brinjal and apply oil on it and make deep.cuts into it with a knife and insert garlic cloves and green chilies into the cuts and roast the brinjals.

In the meantime take a parat and take all the above-mentioned flours in the given measurements, add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder,carom seeds, sesame seeds. add coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves.

Now remove the skin of brinjals and mash it and add to the flours.

Add curd to it,mix well and make a soft dough and rest it for 15 minutes.

Now take a small portion from it and flatten directly on tawa,make holes into it add oil in the holes,cover it with a lead,and cook from one side,once done,flip it and cook well from other side. Serve it with curd.
