  • As neededa very good extra virgin olive oil

    Chop the cilantro very fine. Add to an airtight, and freezer safe container.

    Add the olive oil till the cilantro is covered. Store in the refrigerator or the freezer. I hope you enjoy!!!

This would work with basil? I have never preserved it before but my garden was blessed :)
