Peel the potatoes,cut them lengthwise. Soak them in water for 10 minutes.

Strain them well and add corn flour in it.

Heat oil in a pan add 1/2 tsp salt and add chopped potatoes and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on it. Serve with tomato ketchup.
