First take sago seeds wash and soak in water. Potatoes boil and mash chilli and ginger crushed in mixture.Take Ground nuts and grind. Sago pearls are steam in hot water.

In big vessel put all ingredients, add rock salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, amaranth flour,green paste mix well. Gas on and put appam pan and put oil let it hot and then Sago balls to roast till brown colour.

Sago appams serve with
Curd. You can also eat with sauce.
