Peel the sides of the ridge gourds and cut into slices. After washing add turmeric powder and salt and marinates it for half an hour.

Now mix corn flour, chilli powder and poppy seeds together and mix it well with the ridge gourd slices.

Heat up a pan with olive oil and fry lentil dumplings in low medium flame golden brown colour.

Now in the remaining oil place the ridge gourd slices and fry it in low flame. Flip it and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Now after garnishment serve it hot as healthy snack.
