Steps

Coarsely grind sabudana in a grinder. Kuttu flour I have prepared by roasting and grinding. Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.

Soak 1tbsp crushed sabudana in 11/2 tbsp water for atleast 15mins.

Collect all the ingredients-- boiled potatoes, soaked sabudana, kuttu flour, chopped green chilis, chopped ginger, sendha salt and crushed black pepper.

Mix well all the ingredients.

Make elongated shape. Shallow fry in low flame with refined oil till all sides turn golden brown in color.

Collect in a serving plate and serve hot.
