Steam some veg. of you choice.
For you chicken breast thow it (leave a littel bit of ice on it) after its thowed lay your breasts in a greased baking sheet then Put you dry spices on first (including your baby rays) and then your wet spices. Add the chicken joice from the bag. (Use your jugement on how much). 😀

Bake it on 350 degrees fernhite. (-32 celseus) for 30 minuts.
(Keep the aljuse from the chicken after it's done)
