Put the washed chopped beef in a sufuria.Add 1/4 cup of water 2 tbs of cooking oil and 1/2 tsp of salt. Turn on the heat at medium and cover the sufuria for 15 minutes.

After the beef is completely cooked and drain any excess stock.

Add 2tbs of cooking oil into the sufuria and chop the onions then also put it in the sufuria and stir.

Dice the tomatoes and add into the beef and stir for 1 minute then cover the sufuria for 4 minutes to allow the tomatoes to soften fully.

If there was any stock left add it to the beef and stir if not add 1/2 a cup of water mixed with 1/2 tbs of royco and 1/4 tsp of salt and stir.

Add the chopped cabbage and cover it for 5 minutes to let it cook.
