Steps

First cut the beets into small pieces.Then grind them into a paste in a mixer.Then strain the beet juice through strainer.

First soak the rice in water for 5minutes.Then add milk to the frypan.When the milk boils and rice.Keep stirring the rice continuously.When the rice is cooked add sugar and beet juice.Then add dryfruits.When the payesh is thick then take down the payesh.

Beetroot payesh is ready.
