Take a mixing jar, add beetroot pcs & lil water, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add ata, salt, ajwain & oil, mix it well.

Add beetroot paste, mix it well, add water if required, knead a med soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tsp oil, knead it again till smooth, keep aside.

Take med sized portions of the dough, roll them, make a med thin roti. Spread ghee evenly.

Now fold in paper fan manner, roll it again, make lachcha Paratha.

Bake it on tawa as you bake a normal Paratha... keep the flame moderate. Make all the parathas in the same manner.

Take out in a dish, plate it, serve it with any curry or chutney...
