Black gram with Soya Chunks

Assemble ingredients kala chana & soya chunks

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, kasoori methi when splutter add black gram then soya chunks

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well then add water
- 4
Cover the cooker with a lid & pressure cook for six to seven whistles then off the flame 🔥

When the pressure is released cook for a few seconds while stirring continuously
- 6
Now transfer to a serving dish sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with green chillies and serve simple black gram with Soya Chunks & enjoy 😋
