Soya Chunk Chana dal Sabji

Take all the needed ingredients. Soak Chana dal around 2hrs.

Let's boil water and turn off the stove. Soak soya chunk in to the hot water about 10mts and close it with the lid. Then strain and rinse with cold water and squeeze the excess water, keep aside.

In a hot pan,add oil then add bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds,chilli. Then diced onion,salt and saute until it turns brown in colour. Then add soaked soya,saute.

Then add ginger garlic paste,saute. After it's raw smell goes off,add add slice tomatoes. Cook till its mashy. Then add spices except garam masala and kasthuri methi.

Next add soaked chana. Once all bind well, add 750ml water,salt. Let's boil. Once it boil,cover and Cook until dal cooked wel.

After that add garam masala and kasthuri methi and cook 5more mins. Finally,sprinkle coriander leaves,and turn off the stove.

That's all. It's completely protein packed sabji. Goes well with chappathi, rotti.
