Ingredients

  2. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  3. 1/2 tspcorn starch
  4. Cinnamon
  5. 1/3 cuprolled oats
  6. 1 scoopvanilla protein powder
  7. 1/2 tbsphoney
  8. Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Add diced apple, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp corn starch, and cinnamon to a bowl. Stir to combine. Microwave for 1 minute.

    Meanwhile to another bowl, add 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp honey, salt, and 2 tbsp water. Mix together until you get a crumbly texture and add to apple bowl. Microwave for 1 more minute.

    Top with greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon.
