Cut the red cabbage, mushroom,carrot,capsicum

Dice the onion,tomato.Put the kadai on tha gas add oil now add ginger garlic paste saute the ginger garlic paste

Now add onion toss it cook this for 2 min. Now add tomato,mushroom,,carrot,
capsicum one by one.At the end add cabbage toss all vegetables.Now add salt as per taste,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,chilli flakes and Maggi seasoning masala - 4
Cover it with lead and cook this for 2 min serve the cabbage stir fry with rice or roti.
