First wrap the beet root and garlic into silver foil and bake till both tender(added extra garlic if incase some get burned)

Now dice the beetroot and grind with garlic,tahina paste and chickpea

Now add in olive oil,salt and lemon juice and blend
- 4
Now garnish the serving plate with different types of vegetables and toast bread with oilve oil
- 5
Now Decorate hummus with feta cheese,pomegranate,parsley and toasted bread and enjoy. LADIES REMEMBER HEALTH IS WEALTH.
