Cooking Instructions

Start by peeling the ripe tamarind and placing them in a large pot. Add 2 cups of water and let it boil.

Add brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Let it simmer until tamarind becomes soft and liquid evaporates. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

Place some white sugar on a plate and let the tamarind sit on top of it and allow it to completely cool. After it has cooked prepare for rolling by putting some sugar in one plate and salt on another plate then roll the tamarind into a ball and dip it in the sugar first then the salt.

Place rolled tamarind on a baking sheet and place them in your desired containers when you have finished rolling all the filling.
