First of all, to prepare all the ingredients, add cumin seeds to beet tomato, pomegranate, onion, add some water to grinding Jar it and make fine puree in mixer grinder.. Strain if necessary.

Take 1 cup of water in a pan, add salt, asafoetida, oil and salt and boil it..then add prepared red puree and add it with 1 cup of water..then boil for 10 minutes..and then low the flame and add the flour slowly and mix well To go with rolling pin..take care not to get lumpy.When everything is mixed, keep it for 2 minutes and remove it.Red velvet or pink khichu is ready.Serve it with green chutney and oil.
