Red cabbage paratha

Combine flour, salt and oil.make a paratha dough.keep for rest.For stuffing combine grated paneer, beetroot,red cabbage, coriander leaves and all masalas.

Put stuffing in a freeze for 1/2 an hour.Take a ball dough,roll it small.Put a stuffing in centre.carefully make a round.Roll it lightly.put on tawa saute with ghee on both sides.

Serve hot with curd,or green chutney,or ketchup.
