Steps

Soak chole & rajma overnight ; morning wash it nicely & put in pressure cooker add 2 cups of water salt, baking soda & all cut veggies pressure cook it till 2-3 whistle
Let is cool down & remove all in a big broad bowl & cool completely - 2
Till that make tadka ~
Heat oil in a pan add jeera when it starts crackle add garlic 🧄 & sauté it till light glide on medium flame 🔥 add Kashmiri chili powder & switch off flame 🔥 remove in a bowl & keep aside - 3
For Hummus ~
While grinding don’t take liquid only boiled veggies rajma & chole & add all grinding ingredients & blend it in smooth textureRemove in a serving bowl spread with spoon & put tadka you can see in pic & sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves
Serve with pita bread or you can spread on toasted bread / chips / lavashTry it once you will love it

Note ~
Baking soda is impoetant to cook chole & rajama mashy otherwise chole peel will separate
Don’t use red rajma use chitrakabra rajma
I don’t have so I use red one so little color change but taste superb
