Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • 1# Beef stew meat
  • 1 TspOnion Powder
  • 1 TspGarlic
  • 10.5 ozCan French Onion Soup
  • 12 OzEgg Noodles, cooked
  • 1.5 CupBeef or Mushroom Broth
  • 1/2 CupSour Cream
  • 1/2 CupParmesan Cheese
  • 1 CupFried French Onions

    Cut up the beef stew meat, season with the dry seasonings, pepper,etc

  2. 2

    Cook the seasoned beef stew meat 3-4 minutes a side until browned.

    Pour in the French Onion and Beef Broth, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the cooked noodles, sour cream, and half the Parmesan cheese, and simmer the mixture another 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Top the dish with the remaining French Fried Onions, and remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake the dish at 350 degrees, to melt and meld the flavors. Serve with rustic bread.
