With the cool fall weather, and some leftover cooked noodles, it inspired my husband and I to make beef hot dish, like I grew up with in Minnesota!

With the cool fall weather, and some leftover cooked noodles, it inspired my husband and I to make beef hot dish, like I grew up with in Minnesota!

Cut up the beef stew meat, season with the dry seasonings, pepper,etc

Cook the seasoned beef stew meat 3-4 minutes a side until browned.

Pour in the French Onion and Beef Broth, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles, sour cream, and half the Parmesan cheese, and simmer the mixture another 10 minutes.

Top the dish with the remaining French Fried Onions, and remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake the dish at 350 degrees, to melt and meld the flavors. Serve with rustic bread.
