Holi special karnaji
Steps

Take all-purpose flour add rava a pinch of salt and add warm ghee and mix it well. Add some water and make a tight dough.

For filling take desiccated coconut. make powder of almond and kaju,add cardamom powder and powder sugar mix it well

This is called saran

Make a ball of dough and roll it apply ghee and corn flour on this roti roll it

Make small pieces of this roll.make small roti on a rolling board fill above saran and close it properly cut the sides with pizza cutter

Make karanji in this way put the kadai on the gas add oil and fry these karanji on medium flame
- 7
Serve the karanji as holi snacks.
