1 tbspWhite salt
1 teaspooncumin powder
1 tbspgaram masala
1 teaspoonblack salt
1 tbspred chilli powder
2 tbspoil for moin
400 gmoil for deep fry

Firstly grate the boiled potatoes and mix it with besan.

Then add oil and add all spices and make a very soft dough.

Now take a wok heat the oil seive it with the machine directly over the oil.

Cook it till it get golden.serve it as snacks in holi.
