Ingredients

14 mins for pie.
2 large and 1 small pie
  • 1cooked chicken breast
  • 6button mushrooms
  • 2 slices of ham chopped
  • packetPuff pastry
  • Spoonful of cornflour
  • Small amount of milk
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp

Steps

14 mins for pie.
  1. 1

    Chop up chicken into chunks. Slice mushrooms and chop ham into squares.

  2. 2

    With a little oil add to pan and cook for 5 mins.
    Add soy sauce and salt 🧂 and pepper.
    Then add milk and cornflour together add to pan add more milk if needed.

  3. 3

    When that's done.
    Roll out your pastry to a strip rectangle for a pasty to fold over.
    Place some cooled down filling on one side and fold the other side across, take a fork and seal the edges together and score the top with a knife.

    Repeat until you run out of filling cooking in airfyer for about 14 minutes on 175c bake setting.

  5. 5

    You now have some deliciously pasties to eat hot from the oven or chilled straight out of the fridge.
