Wash and soak rice for 1 hour. Take cooker add oil roast jeera. Now add another whole spices.

Cook it for 1 minute and add dry spices. Roast them for 1 minute. Now add all veggies.

Cook them proper to cover it with lid. After that add soaked rice and water.(quantity of water is depend on the quality of rice)

Cover it with cooker lid. After 1 whistle off the flame. After some time open it and check it. The rice is ready for serve.

Before serve add fried cashewnut pieces. Yummy and delicious pulao is ready.
