Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cuproasted Gram flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1 tspKasoori methi
  • 1/2water for Knead dough
  • 1 cupoil for fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl.add roasted Gram flour & wheat flour.
    Add water all spices.
    Knead tight dough.rest for 5 minutes. Make small balls of dough.

    Roll it like all Puri.
    Heat oil in a kadhai.
    Deep fry all Puri on medium flame
    till brown & crispy.

    Remove out from oil.
    Serve hot Puri with sabji.
