A fragrant, tender, melting pumpkin. If you take this particular variety, it is pleasant to eat with the skin. Choose a small pumpkin for this recipe. I use half.

Cut the pumpkin in half. Scoop out the middle. Cut into slices up to two centimeters wide.

Place the pumpkin wedges on a baking sheet. Salt and sprinkle with dry garlic to taste. Drizzle with melted butter. Arrange the tomatoes.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Until the pumpkin is fully cooked.

Serve with tomatoes, drizzling with the released juice.
