Steps
- 1
I always start by preheating the oven to 180 and setting all my ingredients in one place
- 2
Then put 1 tbs vinegar in 1/2 cup of milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 3
Sift together the dry ingredients
- 4
Whisk eggs, oil, vanilla essence, and milk mixture in with the dry ingredients. Making sure not to over mix
- 5
Bake at 180 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 6
Tip. When putting your cakes in the oven. The oven should bake the bottom first and never the top first. So you can go bottom bake for 10 minutes and top bake for 10 minutes. Always works for me
