Ingredients

30 minutes
8 rolls
  • 3.5 ozmixed seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 2eggs + 2 egg whites
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 0.7 ozParmesan cheese

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the seeds into flour using a blender, then add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into molds (I use muffin molds) and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
