Ingredients

  1. 220 gcheddar cheese
  2. 30 gsalted butter
  3. 1 cupflour
  4. 2.5 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Shred cheddar cheese and butter. Mix together with cup of flour. Rub with fingers to mix everything.

    Add water.

  3. 3

    Wrap the batter in plastic wrap and leave for 20 mins in the fridge.

  4. 4

    Roll and shape.

  5. 5

    Cook for 12 mins at 360 F.
