Moong Daal Fingers

Soak daal for 3-4 hrs then wash it nicely & grind in to paste

Add chopped green chili & ginger + crushed corn + grated carrot + salt mix it nicely

Grease Dhokala plate & warm it in dhokala container
Add eno mix it & pour on hot Dhokala plate & steam for 10-12 min - 4
Remove from container let it cool down completely & cut in to finger size
Here 1 tip you can store fingers in your freezer & when your guests come remove from freezer & heat oil in a pan - 5
Fry on medium flame till crisp remove from oil & keep on kitchen towel sprinkle chat masala
Serve hot with spicy green chutney - 6
You can make fingers in advance & keep in freezer for 2 months
Very good for small hunger
