In a Big Bowl take wheat flour

Added with salt turmeric powder and ajwain

Add 1 table spoon ghee, methi leaves, boiled mashed potato and knead the dough added with water

Knead the dough medium hard and keep it a side for 15 minutes

, take a ball from kneaded dough And roll it with rolling pin as your desired shape

Roast it on medium hot tawa added with oil

Roast it till golden brown colour and serve it with curd
