These delicious and healthy laddus are prepared during the winter season, boosts strength, stemina and strengthens bones.

Heat ghee in a kadai fry almonds,cashews,raisins, pistas, walnuts and gond.

Dry roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds,and coconut.

Now grind coarsely fried dryfruit, coconut,half of poppy seeds,half of sesame seeds,fried gond and grind raisins and cranberry also.

Now mix all coarsely ground ingredients in a bowl. Roast wheat flour adding ghee till nice aroma and golden colour. Combine it with dryfruit mixture and mix it well.

Make jaggery syrup by adding a spoon of water till jagarry melts add cardmum powder, add this to wheat flour and dryfruit mixture and give it a nice mix. Shape in laddus.

Healthy and delicious gond laddus are ready to enjoy/serve.
