Khned the flour and other dry ingredients and make a soft dough. Now prepare masala for stuffing.

Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon oil, add garlic roast it for 1 minutes. After that add grated carrot, green chili and kasuri methi.

Roast it for 2 minutes, now add all dry spices. Cook it for few minutes to cover with lid. Pre heat tawa. Take ball size dough, make it flat bread. Take material put it in middle of flat bread.

Lock it and again make a ball. Now flat it not so thick and not so thin. Cook it on hot tawa for both sides. Add oil on both sides and roast them on mideum flame.

Crispy and healthy paratha are ready for serve. Garnish it with butter.
