For tikki take boiled and mashed potatoes add rice flour, cornflour chaat masala,salt to taste coriander leaves mix it well

Now make tikki and put it in fridge for 15 to 20 min and fry till golden brown

Take 2 tbsp oil in kadai add chopped onion ginger garlic paste tomato and all spices earlier shown in list add boiled ragda matar mix it well add some water give it a good mix and let it boiled for 2 minutes your matar is ready for chaat

Now take a plate add tikki this ragda meethi chutney, spicy dhaniya chutney chopped some onion and tomato and garnish with sev serve hot
