Boil the Water: In a saucepan, add water grated ginger. Bring it to a boil for 3 minutes to release the flavors.

Add Tea Leaves: Once the water is boiling, add the tea leaves (or tea bag) and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

Add Milk: Pour in the milk and jaggery Allow it to 3 boils.

After that put chai on dum on low heat for 2 minutes this step make chai creamy and rich.

After that strain the chai and enjoy it.
