Rice Flour Ghawan

Take a bowl. Add rice flour, besan, cumin seeds, carrom seeds, asafoetida, crushed garlic cloves and salt. Mix it well.

Now add water as per requirement to make a slurry.

Heat the pan. Apply oil on it. Pour the ready mixture on it and make ghawan. Pour oil on sides so that ghawan will not stick on pan. Roast the both sides.

After roasting both sides nicely rice flour ghawan is ready to serve. Serve with chutney or sauce.
