Moong Methi Dal

Start by heating oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and saute for a minute.

Add the washed moong dal and methi dana along with 2.5 cups water.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste, give a boil and cover the cooker.

Cook for about 5 whistles, add little water if required and serve with roti and pulav. Enjoy ✨
