Chop cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
In oil add in rai. On splintering add the green chillies and hing. - 2
Add in haldi.Mixing haldi in oil helps to spread it's colour all over easily and evenly.

Add in salt and mix well.Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, stirring in between.

Enjoy CCC Sambharo with roti, paratha, thepla,puri Or dal rice.
