First, ready all Rava Dosa batter ingredients. Freshly pound 10-12 black pepper. Finely chop ginger, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves. Cut cashews into small pieces.

Take all the batter ingredients in a big mixing bowl. Add in 2 cups water and mix to make a lumpfree batter.

Now add in more 2-3 cups of water and make a runny milky Rava Dosa batter. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

Heat a dosa tawa well until piping hot. Mix the batter well(as rava settles down at the bottom) and fill into a pouring cup. Sprinkle some chopped onions all over the hot tawa. Pour Rava Dosa batter from outer circumference of the tawa to the centre. Keep the flame medium high

When top side of Rava Dosa begins to get dry, drizzle little oil all over the circumference and on the inner side also. Cook well. When brown marks appear on the circumference of the dosa, place the onion-potato bhaji.

Fold the delicious crispy Rava Dosa. Serve hot with the 2 chutneys.
