Add 1 tb ghee in a pan along with cumin seeds

Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 min at medium flame

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and garam masala and cook the masale properly

Add 1 cup matar and mix well

Add chopped carrots and mix well

Add salt as per taste

Cover and cook for 10-15 min at medium flame

Check if carrot is cooked properly

Add amchoor powder and give it a good mix

Cover and cook for few min

Ready to serve
