Popular maharastrian crispy snack,made with coriander leaves,here I used spinach leaves too.
Cooking Instructions

Wash coriander and spinach leaves. Chop then finely.
- 2
Add chopped leaves to a bowl add salt, and all spices and ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, sesame seeds, carom seeds and 2 tsp oil mix everything.
- 3
Add besan,rice flour and mix it with no water and form a log shape
- 4
Steam it for 7 to 10 min,cool it and cut it in pieces,heat oil and shallow fry till nice golden crisp.

Kothimbir vadi is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
