Picadillo

I'm a beginner, but I learned to make this by watching my grandmother, so I added her special touch.

Steps
- 1
In a pot over medium heat, add a little oil, then cook the ground beef and the finely chopped onion. Season with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, cumin, and a pinch of dried herbs (such as thyme)—this last ingredient gives it great flavor. Sauté until the meat changes color.
- 2
Chop the carrots and potatoes, then add them to the pot.
- 3
For the sauce, blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, salt, and 1 cup (240 ml) of water until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pot.
- 4
Let it simmer until the potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
