Mini Croissant Cereal with Milk 🥐🥣🍓

I'm a big fan of oats and I'm always looking for new ways to enjoy them. If you have a relaxed morning with not much to do, and especially if you have a lot of patience (or just want something fun to do), it's worth making this mini croissant cereal. It's really fun, like playing with modeling clay!

I'm a big fan of oats and I'm always looking for new ways to enjoy them. If you have a relaxed morning with not much to do, and especially if you have a lot of patience (or just want something fun to do), it's worth making this mini croissant cereal. It's really fun, like playing with modeling clay!
Steps
- 1
Combine the oat flour, milk, vanilla extract, and baking powder in a bowl (don’t add the cocoa powder yet; you’ll use it later).
- 2
Mix until you have a soft but workable dough (finish mixing with your hands). Transfer the dough to a surface and flatten it.
- 3
Use a knife or cutter to cut rectangles about 1 x 2 inches (3 x 5 cm). Then, cut each rectangle diagonally to make small triangles. For the remaining dough, add the cocoa powder (this is optional; I added it to give some of my croissants a marbled look). Repeat the cuts until all the dough is used.
- 4
Roll up each triangle from the base to the tip. Press gently so they hold their shape. Repeat with all the triangles. Place them in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
- 5
Done! I made a delicious cereal with milk and added raspberries. As you can see, the ingredients are easy to find—you just need patience, a calm morning, and an oven or air fryer. Enjoy!
